Tack för att du använder Vaccinationsjournalen. Din integritet är mycket viktig för oss och vi är engagerade i att skydda den. Denna sida förklarar hur vi hanterar dina uppgifter när du loggar in med ditt Sociala (Google, Facebook, Microsoft) konto.
Vilken information vi samlar in
När du loggar in med ditt Sociala konto samlar vi in följande information:
- Ditt användarnamn
- Din e-postadress
Dessa uppgifter lagras säkert i vår databas och används endast för att identifiera dig och ge dig tillgång till ditt konto.
När du loggar in med lösenord är ditt lösenord krypterat så ingen, inte ens administratör på Vaccinationsjournalen, kan se eller komma åt ditt lösenord.
Hur vi använder informationen
Vi använder ditt användarnamn och din e-postadress enbart för att identifiera ditt konto och ge dig möjlighet att använda appen. Vi delar inte din information med tredje part.
Administratörsåtkomst och support
För support och vid behov av rättelser kan en behörig administratör ha tillgång till din e-postadress samt till dina registrerade personer och vaccinationer. Administratören har aldrig tillgång till ditt lösenord. Uppgifterna används endast för detta ändamål.
Radering av data
Om du väljer att radera ditt konto raderas ditt användarnamn och din e-postadress permanent från vår databas och kan inte återställas.
Du kan radera ditt konto genom att gå till Inställningar i appen eller genom att fylla i formuläret som du når här:
begäran om radering av konto.
Radering vid inaktivitet (icke betalande användare)
Konton som inte har betalande prenumeration och som har varit inaktiva i 18 månader kan raderas. Innan radering skickas en e-postpåminnelse till den registrerade e-postadressen. Radering sker först om kontot fortfarande är inaktivt efter påminnelsen.

Thank you for using the Vaccination Journal App. Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This page explains how we handle your data when you log in using your Social (Google, Facebook, Microsoft) account.
Information We Collect
When you log in with your Social account, we collect the following information:
- Your username
- Your email address
This information is stored securely in our database and is used only to identify you and provide access to your account.
When you log in with a password, your password is encrypted so that no one, not even an administrator of the Vaccination Journal, can see or access it.
How We Use Your Information
We use your username and email address solely for the purpose of identifying your account and enabling you to use the app. We do not share your information with third parties.
Administrator Access and Support
For support and when corrections are needed, an authorized administrator may have access to your email address as well as your registered persons and vaccinations. The administrator never has access to your password. The data is used only for this purpose.
Data Deletion
If you choose to delete your account, your username and email address are permanently deleted from our database and cannot be recovered.
You can delete your account through the Settings section in the app or by filling out the form available here:
account deletion request.
Deletion Due to Inactivity (Non-Paying Users)
Accounts that do not have a paying subscription and have been inactive for 18 months may be deleted. Before deletion, an email reminder is sent to the registered email address. Deletion only takes place if the account remains inactive after the reminder.
